The most common place for missing downloads your Downloads folder or My Downloads folder on your computer.
Firefox, Chrome and Safari keep track of downloads, so you can check the Downloads window for the location of your downloaded files.
- Firefox:
Choose Tools > Downloads or press Ctrl+J (Windows) or Command+J (Mac OS).
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac OS) the downloaded file and choose Open Containing Folder (Windows) or Show In Finder (Mac OS).
- Safari (Mac OS):
Choose Window > Downloads or press Option+Command+L.
Control-click the downloaded file and choose Show In Finder.
- Google Chrome:
Choose Customize and Control Google Chrome>Downloads or press Ctrl+J.
Click the Show in folder link under the downloaded file.
If you still can’t find your download, check the default save location of your browser to find out where you computer saved the files. Depending on the browser you’re using, follow the instructions below:
- Firefox:
Select “Tools”, then “Options” from the menu at the top of the browser.
Under the “General” tab, look at the “Save files to” option in the Downloads section.
- Internet Explorer:
Select “Tools”, then “Options” from the menu at the top of the browser.
Under the “General” tab, look at the “Save files to” option in the Downloads section.
- Safari:
Select the icon that looks like a gear at the top right-hand part of the browser menu bar.
Select “Preferences.”
Under the “General” tab, look at the “Save downloaded files to” option.
Or, browse to your default music folder (default location is “Downloads” in your “My Music” folder in “My Documents”) and double-click the song when you find it.
If you still can’t find your cover design / template files, download them again using the link that was emailed to you after purchase (you may need to check your junk folder) and SAVE the file. It will save to the location based on the settings above.
